How long will it take my order to be delivered once I have payment confirmation?

Estimated delivery times are :

-  Sydney 7-10 days ($10 Delivery Fee plus $20 cooler bag deposit for 1st time customers)
-  Canberra 10  days  ($20 Delivery Fee)
-  Victoria 10 days ($25 Delivery Fee)
-  Brisbane/Gold coast and Sunshine coast 10 days ( $25 Delivery Fee )
-  Wollongong to Nowra 10 days ($20 Delivery Fee)


You will receive another email 3-5 days before your delivery confirming a date/time.

Newcastle and Central Coast orders?

Spring Hill Beef are at the Newcastle Markets on the first and third Saturday of the month. Orders can be picked free of a delivery charge, or if you want it delivered to your house a $20 fee will be incurred.

What happens if I am not home to except delivery?

No problem, the driver will leave your meat ice packed and in a shady spot.

We do not accept refunds once an order is placed.

How does the Spring Hill Refer A Friend Program work?

Refer any Friend to our website and when they buy anything for the first time and you will Receive $50 into your cart to spend. Once some you have referred has successfully purchased from the Spring Hill Website you $50 credit wil automatically appear in your Spring Hill account.

3. You can click the "Invite a friend button (see yellow outline below) on which will pop up a form which you can add email addresses to and forward you link on.
