Our fresh beef is "Hung" for a minimum 7 days and delivered to your premises the day after it is butchered - couldn't get any fresher. All the beef is priced and vacuum sealed.The steers go from our farm to the abattoir "STRESS FREE", then to a local butcher. I deliver fresh beef to your store weekly.
For retail we :
- Vacuum seal the meat
- Will be priced, labelled, barcoded and dated with a min 14 days shelf life
- The beef will be marinated in 4 Authentic marinades
- Use Black Angus Steers (only 20 months )
- Supply only "GRASS FED" / "HORMONE FREE" Beef
- "CURED" or "HUNG" for a minimum of 7 days
- Delivered one day after butchering
- Do tastings three times a year
I will supply the first hamper on consignment - returns will be taken for the first 3 deliveries. All the beef will have a barcode and will be priced. Spring Hill Beef works on a 20% mark up ( C.O.D.)
