Spring Hill Beef is excited to now be able to deliver Hormone Fee ""Fresh Female"" pork from the South West Slopes.
All our piglets are hand fed and grown out in straw based Eco sheds, which is extremely rare for pigs.
The 55-60kg pigs can be purchased in conjunction with your beef order in whole or half butchered amounts. The pork will be delivered like our beef in labelled freezer bags.
Quarter Pig contents:
2 x de-boned plain roasts
4 x loin chops
4 x cutlets
3 x Forequarter chops
7 x ribs
The 1/4 pork can be purchased with a beef hamper
