Zest Nepalese Marinades and Spice Blends, are perfect for a quick easy meal using the ingredients in your fridge or a gourmet adventure. Each Zest flavour has its own personality and are carefully balanced, blended and combined for taste perfection.

The Zest blends are a great healthy option that is gluten free with no nasty colours or preservatives and with so many ways to enjoy them we can't wait to write a book. 1. Fiesta – Paprika, Fennel and Coriander – Meat and Vegetarian This robust earthy combination with its succulent red hue is perfect with red meat and a favourite for vegetarian dishes. Sprinkle the dry spices over roast vegies or smother the wet marinade over lamb, let marinade for 1 hour then barbeque for a taste sensation that will leave you ready for seconds. Also fantastic for pies, stews, pulses, nachos and your imagination

Sublime – Turmeric, Fenugreek and Black peppercorns - Fish Perfectly balanced, this subtle blend with its vibrant yellow colour enhances the natural flavours of any meal and is particularly delicious with fish and seafood. With no garlic or ginger added, this gentle flavoured blend combines perfectly with coconut milk and your imagination. Also add to rice before cooking for indulgent side dish to any meal. Scrumptious with Tacos, fish cakes and perfect for those with sensitive diets.

3. Exotic – Coriander, Turmeric and Cumin seeds - Traditionally used with seafood, Exotic creates a dynamic connection with any ingredient it's combined with. Superb with prawns, scallops and squid just sprinkle the dry spices with some rice flour and coat for a simple and tasty entrée or BBQ treat. It also makes a delicious curry base when added to onions with any combination of meat and vegetables to follow. Fish pie, corn fritters and risotto balls are just a start of what you can do with this exciting versatile flavour.

4. Pahelo – Cinnamon, Cardamom and Cloves - This unique earthy combination is perfect with chicken. The unique blends of cloves, cinnamon and cardamom leave the taste buds wanting more.
